Dealer Relationship Representative


Are you motivated, entrepreneurial, and driven to succeed? Our client is seeking a Dealer Relationship Representative to join their growing team. In this role, you’ll be the face of the company to auto and powersports dealers, building trust-based partnerships that drive long-term success.


You’ll introduce dealers to the company’s financing programs, support them through the origination and funding process, and help them maximize growth opportunities. This is a dynamic, client-facing role where relationship-building and results go hand-in-hand.


What You’ll Do


Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing auto and powersports dealers.


Prospect and onboard new clients to expand market presence within your assigned territory.


Promote company products and services to dealer partners, demonstrating their value and impact.


Support dealers with loan origination and funding, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.


Collaborate with leadership to analyze sales trends, identify opportunities, and drive growth strategies.


Monitor market competition and provide insights on pricing, products, and marketing approaches.


Resolve dealer concerns and escalate key issues with thoughtful recommendations.


Manage your territory independently with strong time management and prioritization skills.


What We’re Looking For


High School Diploma/GED required; additional education a plus.


1–3 years of experience in auto dealerships, B2B sales, or finance, with knowledge of credit and lending.


Strong motivation to achieve and exceed sales goals in a fast-paced environment.


Excellent communication and relationship management skills.


Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret reports and identify trends.


Ability to work remotely with reliable internet/phone service and a dedicated workspace.


Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.


Preferred Qualifications


Experience in auto finance relationship management or account management.


Demonstrated success building and maintaining client relationships within the dealership or lending space.


Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.


Travel Requirements


This is a highly mobile role, requiring 50–75% travel across the territory for dealer visits, ride-alongs, trade shows, and marketing events. You’ll represent the company at industry events to grow brand presence and forge new dealer partnerships.
