What You’ll Do
As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for growing and supporting our sales presence in Specialty Pet Retailers across the Eastern PA, DE, and NYC area. Your role will be pivotal in delivering our pet health and wellness message to customers, retailers, and distributors, while also building strong relationships to meet our revenue and profitability goals. Key responsibilities include:
- Customer and Distributor Relationships: Manage the commercial relationships with key accounts, including Phillips Pet Distributing and various specialty pet retailers.
- Sales Execution: Lead the development and delivery of new initiatives, especially focusing on our 3X Project, aimed at enhancing pet health awareness.
- Brand Awareness and Promotion: Drive brand recommendations and visibility in-store to connect pet owners with health-focused products.
- In-Store Presence: Implement and oversee in-store promotional programs, ensuring that customers have an engaging and informative shopping experience.
- Consumer Trials and Sampling: Develop consumer trial programs to introduce and promote our products within the 3X Project accounts.
- Business Strategy and Joint Planning: Collaborate with retail accounts on joint business planning initiatives to strengthen brand positioning and reach.
