Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the Commercial HVAC Department, ensuring efficient and effective performance.
- Lead and mentor a team of HVAC technicians, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
- Manage client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and addressing any service issues promptly.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and expand service offerings.
- Monitor and manage department budgets, ensuring financial targets are met and resources are optimized.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support overall business goals and objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business Management, or a related field preferred. Relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems and industry standards.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to inspire and motivate staff.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Proficient in project management, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
