Client Success Manager Consultant                   Greater New York  area

We’re looking for a Client Success Manager Consultant to manage and grow a portfolio of strategic e-commerce clients. This person will serve as a trusted business partner, driving client satisfaction, revenue growth, profitability, and overall account performance.

  • Own a portfolio of strategic clients and drive revenue, profitability, retention, and growth.
  • Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and serve as a primary point of contact.
  • Lead regular business reviews, performance discussions, and account planning.
  • Develop account strategies and identify opportunities for growth, innovation, and improvement.
  • Partner with Sales, Product, Marketing, Operations, and other internal teams to deliver against client goals and commitments.
  • Monitor client KPIs, forecasts, trends, and performance data and turn insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Manage client communications, escalations, and issue resolution with a strong sense of urgency.
  • Identify opportunities to improve service, efficiency, profitability, and the overall client experience.
  • Stay current on e-commerce trends, technology, and industry best practices.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in client success, account management, consulting, e-commerce, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships and drive business growth.
  • Strong analytical, commercial, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Operations teams.
  • Familiarity with B2C e-commerce, digital retail, analytics, and online customer experience preferred.
  • Experience with account planning, business reviews, KPIs, and client performance reporting.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.
  • Comfortable learning and using project management, reporting, and workflow tools.
