About the Role:

This is a client-facing Project Manager role focused on delivering data center white space projects (racks, power, cabling) on-site. You will coordinate across internal teams, suppliers, and clients to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end delivery of data center white space projects (planning through handover)

• Act as the main point of contact for clients, internal teams, and third-party vendors

• Coordinate project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources

• Oversee technical delivery including racks, power, and structured cabling

• Ensure projects meet quality standards, operational processes, and compliance requirements

• Identify and manage risks, issues, and changes throughout the project lifecycle

• Ensure all Health & Safety standards and documentation are met

• Manage supplier relationships to ensure timely and quality delivery

• Provide regular project updates, reporting, and documentation

• Support technical discussions with clients, sales, and internal stakeholders

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of experience in project management within a data center or similar environment

• Experience delivering white space projects (racks, power, cabling, infrastructure)

• Strong understanding of operational standards, processes, and procedures

• Experience in client-facing or stakeholder-heavy roles

• Basic knowledge of Health & Safety regulations and best practices

• Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools

• CNET certification is a plus, but not required
