As a Solution Architect you’ll be at
the forefront of crafting impactful solutions for our pharmaceutical and
biotech clients. You will collaborate closely with scientists and R&D IT
analysts to understand their needs, design innovative solutions, and integrate
these solutions with clients’ data systems. This role involves creating proof
of concepts (POCs), building demonstrations, delivering client training,
providing technical support, and contributing to business development efforts.
Key
Responsibilities:

Engage
with lab scientists, lab managers, and R&D IT specialists to translate
scientific use cases into actionable data workflows, utilizing our Data
Platform to develop effective solutions.

Partner
with Product and Engineering teams to design and execute product plans for both
bespoke projects and platform-based solutions.
·
Work
with Customer Success and Professional Services teams to manage change, support
implementation, and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
·
Leverage
customer feedback to shape the vision for current and future solutions,
enhancing the R&D Data journey.
What
We’re Looking For:
·
Proven
experience as a Solution Architect with a background in software engineering,
cloud technologies, web APIs, or data engineering, ideally with AWS
implementation experience.
·
Professional
background in Life Sciences R&D/IT or Informatics. Experience as a bench
scientist or data scientist is highly valued.
·
Deep
understanding of lab information systems such as ELN, CDS, MS, NGS software,
LIMS, LES, and related analytics and visualization tools.
·
Strong
knowledge of drug discovery, development, and manufacturing processes.
·
Excellent
technical, business, written, and verbal communication abilities.
·
Skilled
in managing multiple projects and resource allocation effectively.
·
Intellectual
curiosity with a commitment to continuous learning and the ability to thrive in
a dynamic, evolving environment.
