Responsibilities
As the
Product Marketing Manager for our client, you will be instrumental in crafting
product messaging, pricing strategies, sales enablement tools, and
customer-facing content that showcase the value of our client's groundbreaking
Data and AI Cloud. Your primary focus will be on developing targeted messaging
for key technical personas, such as IT professionals, Data Engineers, and Data
Scientists. You will maintain a comprehensive understanding of our client’s
Data Platform and full-stack solutions, ensuring we effectively communicate
their capabilities, unique differentiators, and business benefits across all
channels to drive new business and expand existing customer relationships. This
role will involve collaboration across various teams, including Sales,
Marketing, Product Management, Engineering, and Partners.

Product
Messaging and Positioning: Create
compelling messaging and positioning to clearly articulate the product
capabilities and unique platform value to technical audiences, including IT and
Data teams.

Product
Pricing and Packaging: Develop,
maintain, and innovate pricing and packaging models that fully capture the
value of our client's platform and full-stack offerings. Collaborate with Sales
to refine these models based on customer feedback and market insights, ensuring
alignment with value delivery.

Sales and
Partner Enablement: Equip the
sales force and partners with essential sales tools, live training, and
resources that empower them to communicate the platform’s technical
capabilities and value to customers. Produce technical content such as demos
(in partnership with Enablement), presentations, and FAQs to support the sales
process.

Campaigns
and Content: Collaborate closely with Demand
Generation to define campaign strategies aligned with core messaging pillars.
Produce customer-facing technical marketing content (e.g., whitepapers, ROI
calculators, blogs, solution briefs, eBooks, website copy, videos, and
webinars) that engages our target personas while enhancing broader marketing
initiatives.

Launches: Assist in product launches and updates for both internal
and external stakeholders. Coordinate cross-functional teams to maximize the
impact of these launches.

Competitive
Intelligence: Maintain in-depth knowledge of
key competitors' strengths and weaknesses, as well as the factors behind
competitive wins and losses (including in-house or custom development). Develop
tools to empower Sales to effectively compete in the market.
Requirements
·
Highly
technical, with professional experience in data products and modern data
stacks.
·
Proven
ability to synthesize complex information into coherent frameworks for
decision-making.
·
5+ years of
experience in data/cloud product marketing (or related roles in product
management or solutions architecture) within a software/technology context.

Experience
engaging with enterprise customers and sales teams.
·
Exceptional
written and verbal communication skills; a skilled B2B storyteller and
presenter.
·
Strong
project management abilities with keen attention to detail and proactive
communication.
·
Familiarity
with scientific research, scientific data, and lab workflows is a plus.
