to deliver cutting-edge Data & AI solutions. They are seeking a dynamic
Pre-Sales / Implementation Consultant to join their team and drive successful
customer engagements.
Role Overview: The Pre-Sales / Implementation
Consultant will play a crucial role in both the pre-sales and implementation
phases of customer projects. This position requires a strong technical
background in Data & AI, with hands-on expertise in areas such as Data Governance,
Data Quality, or Master Data Management. You will interact directly with
customers, lead implementation projects, and work closely with both on-shore
and off-shore teams. Your field insights will be vital for shaping our client’s
product offerings and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Pre-Sales:
·
Engage with potential customers to assess their
data management needs and demonstrate the value of our client’s solutions.
·
Lead technical discussions, deliver tailored
product presentations, and conduct demonstrations aligned with customer
requirements.
·
Collaborate with the sales team to craft
customized solutions and proposals that address customer objectives.
Post-Sales / Implementation:
·
Oversee the complete implementation process for
new customers, ensuring a seamless deployment and integration of our client’s
solutions.
·
Develop and execute comprehensive implementation
plans, including project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
·
Provide hands-on support and guidance throughout
the implementation phase, working closely with customer teams.
·
Serve as the primary technical contact for
customers during the post-sales phase.
·
Collect and analyze customer feedback to offer
actionable insights to the product team for ongoing improvement.
·
Coordinate with on-shore and off-shore teams to
align customer needs with product development and enhancements.
What They’re Looking For:
·
Strong technical expertise in Data & AI with
hands-on experience in Data Management (such as Data Governance, Data Quality,
or Master Data Management) or Data Analytics, with a background in enabling
Advanced Analytics and AI in customer environments.

Demonstrated ability to lead customer-facing
engagements, deliver technical presentations, and manage successful
implementation projects.
·
Excellent problem-solving skills with a
proactive approach to addressing complex technical challenges.
·
Experience working with distributed teams,
showcasing strong collaboration and communication abilities.
·
Capability to work independently and juggle
multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
·
Proven experience in providing actionable
feedback to product teams based on customer interactions and field experience.
Qualifications:
·
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data
Science, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in
Data Management or AI are advantageous.
·
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in
pre-sales and implementation roles within the tech or SaaS industry.
·
Proven track record of successful project
delivery and high customer satisfaction in technical implementations.
·
Strong understanding of data management best
practices and current industry trends.
