Position Overview
  • Serve as the primary relationship manager for a large portfolio of commercial real estate clients, from onboarding through renewal
  • Deliver a top-tier client success experience by proactively engaging with executive, portfolio, and site-level stakeholders
  • Build strong partnerships to drive retention, satisfaction, and long-term account value
  • Identify and execute account expansion opportunities through upselling and cross-selling to new properties within client portfolios
  • Develop and manage customer success plans focused on measurable outcomes and adoption milestones
  • Act as a trusted advisor, facilitating executive business reviews and building referenceable client relationships
  • Collaborate with product and operations teams to resolve client issues, advocate for client needs, and inform product enhancements
  • Track success metrics, ensure accountability across internal and client teams, and support strategic customer growth initiatives
What We Need You to Have
  • A customer-first mindset and the drive to deliver white-glove experiences at scale
  • 5+ years of experience managing strategic client relationships across complex organizations
  • A commercial sensibility and track record of successfully growing ARR within existing accounts
  • Ability to navigate multi-tiered client structures and build influence across varying stakeholder levels
  • A consultative and solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving, paired with clear communication and follow-through
  • Entrepreneurial energy and the ability to work cross-functionally in fast-paced, high-growth environments
  • Confidence, adaptability, and emotional intelligence in managing client expectations and delivering results
  • Hunger to build meaningful relationships and grow accounts through both value delivery and strategic expansion
Requirements
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging for dynamic audiences
  • Experience building long-term client relationships across multiple industries or regions
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong customer orientation, with the ability to identify pain points and match solutions
  • Experience in SaaS or enterprise technology preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree required
