What You’ll Be Doing
- This isn’t just about overseeing numbers—it’s about shaping decisions, guiding growth, and building a finance function that scales.
- Serve as a key strategic partner to the CFO and executive team on financial planning and organizational priorities
- Lead core finance functions including accounting, FP&A, cash management, revenue cycle support, payroll, and financial reporting
- Guide a large, multi-layered team through transformation, optimization, and future-state design
- Deliver clear, actionable insights through forecasting, analysis, and Board-level presentations
- Ensure compliance across GAAP, regulatory requirements, and internal controls
- Play a central role in growth initiatives, including M&A activity and integration efforts

What You Bring
- CPA required
- 10+ years of progressive healthcare finance leadership experience
- Background in large, complex organizations ($1B+), ideally within hospice, home health, or health systems
- Proven experience navigating growth, M&A, and organizational change
- Success leading large, multi-layered teams
- Executive presence with the ability to communicate confidently with senior leadership and Boards
- A builder’s mindset—you can lead strategy while staying close to execution
