What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree (Master’s = bonus points)
  • 5–10+ years in healthcare ops (hospice or home health strongly preferred)
  • Deep understanding of billing, compliance, and how healthcare really works
  • Leadership skills that people actually want to follow
  • A knack for solving problems before they become problems

  • Have multi-site experience
