Key Responsibilities:
- Provide visionary leadership to multiple Vice Presidents of Operations, ensuring alignment of strategies across various divisions.
- Spearhead the development and implementation of operational plans that drive growth and improve patient care outcomes.
- Manage and oversee multiple central and national support functions to optimize performance and service delivery.
- Collaborate with senior leadership, including the COO and CFO, to ensure financial goals and operational efficiencies are achieved.
- Lead strategic initiatives for the expansion and scalability of hospice services across multiple regions, with a focus on client experience and quality care.
- Monitor and analyze operational metrics to identify areas for improvement and innovation in healthcare services.
- Cultivate and sustain a positive organizational culture that promotes collaboration, excellence, and professional growth.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in hospice operations management or a related field, with a proven track record in executive leadership roles.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams of diverse professionals, including VPs and senior management personnel.
- Strong strategic planning skills with the capability to translate vision into actionable strategies and measurable outcomes.
- Exceptional financial acumen and experience in working closely with financial executives.
- Degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field; additional healthcare qualifications are advantageous.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a capacity to engage stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Flexibility to relocate if needed and the ability to manage operations across a wide geographical area.
