Join a leading healthcare company, our client, as the Director of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), a pivotal role within the post-acute sector supporting Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF) and Substance Use Disorder (SUD) services. This position offers a unique opportunity to lead and enhance the entire revenue cycle function, ensuring the optimization and efficiency of billing, accounts receivable, credentialing, intake, and reimbursement operations across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage diverse teams across billing, accounts receivable, credentialing, intake, and reimbursement operations.

- Develop and implement scalable processes to improve accountability and operational efficiency in revenue cycle functions.

- Partner with finance, operations, and facility leadership to maintain strong cash flow, reduce Days Sales Outstanding (DSO), and enhance revenue performance.

- Elevate reporting systems and workflows to support organizational growth.

- Navigate complex payer environments, particularly within SNF and SUD sectors.

- Utilize expertise in PointClickCare (PCC) as the core Electronic Health Record (EHR) system to drive improvements.

- Bring strategic leadership with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and process enhancement.

Requirements:

- Proven leadership experience in Revenue Cycle Management at the Director, Senior Director, or AVP level.

- Experience managing teams within billing, accounts receivable, credentialing, and intake functions.

- Specific experience in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF) and preferably in Substance Use Disorder (SUD) or Behavioral Health services.

- Strong understanding of Medicare Part A & B reimbursement processes.

- Demonstrated success in building processes, improving workflows, and driving team accountability.

- Proven track record of optimizing cash collections and reducing Days Sales Outstanding (DSO).

- Proficient in working with PointClickCare (PCC) and other EHR systems.

- Ability to handle both strategic oversight and operational challenges in a dynamic environment.
