Empowered Staffing is partnered with a rapidly expanding senior living organization with more than 50 facilities nationwide. As they continue to scale, they’re looking to hire a Digital Marketing Manager to join their team and support the company’s digital marketing efforts, with a strong focus on paid search, SEO, and website optimization.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and optimize company websites to enhance user experience, improve search engine visibility, and increase conversion rates
  • Plan, execute, and continuously refine paid digital campaigns, including Google Ads and other pay-per-click (PPC) initiatives
  • Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and technical SEO enhancements
  • Lead SEM efforts to drive high-quality traffic, generate leads, and improve ROI
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze KPIs, and deliver actionable insights through regular reporting
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent branding, messaging, and alignment across all digital channels

Qualifications:

  • 1–5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with a focus on SEO, SEM, and PPC
  • Proficiency with Google Ads, Google Analytics, and industry-standard SEO tools
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns for performance
  • Experience managing multiple websites, locations, or business units is a plus
  • Prior experience in healthcare, senior living, or service-based industries is preferred
