Empowered Staffing is partnered with a prominent owner and operator of skilled nursing and assisted living facilities in the Midwest. To support their ongoing growth, they are seeking a Regional Hospital Liaison to enhance the company's visibility and increase census for their skilled nursing facilities in the Rochester market.
What You’ll Do:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, physicians, clinics, rehabilitation centers, and other healthcare providers to increase referrals.
- Act as a primary point of contact for referral sources, ensuring they understand the company’s offerings and benefits.
- Review potential patient referrals to ensure they meet the facility’s criteria and are a good fit for the level of care provided.
- Coordinate with the admissions team and clinical staff to facilitate smooth transitions for incoming residents.
- Highlight the company’s services, specialties, and unique qualities to both referral sources and families.
- Coordinate with clinical and operations staff to ensure the facility can meet the needs of prospective residents.
- Provide insights and feedback to leadership based on interactions with referral sources and prospective residents to improve services and patient care.
- Monitor referral sources, admission numbers, and overall marketing effectiveness, reporting regularly to management.
- Analyze trends in admissions, occupancy, and referral patterns to adjust marketing and outreach strategies.
- Engage in community events, seminars, and networking opportunities to increase brand visibility and attract potential residents.
Requirements:
- Experience building relationships with referral sources and knowledge of area hospitals and local healthcare organizations.
- Past sales or marketing experience in the skilled nursing industry.
- Ability to think strategically, analyze census trends, and adjust sales and marketing plans for maximum impact.
- Self-motivated and enthusiastic team player with a passion for helping others.
