Empowered Staffing is partnered with a growing senior living organization with more than 40 facilities nationwide. As the company continues to expand, it is seeking a Regional Marketing & Sales Director to lead sales and marketing efforts and drive occupancy for its assisted living facilities in Minnesota.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing Directors to create and execute impactful quarterly sales and marketing campaigns.
  • Design, implement, and facilitate formal sales training programs to build team effectiveness and performance.
  • Support the hiring, training, and performance evaluation of Sales Directors in partnership with senior leadership.
  • Review outreach strategies and actively participate in field visits with sales staff to ensure consistent and compelling community presentations.
  • Partner with Executive Directors and Regional Operations Teams to align sales activities with broader business objectives and drive cross-functional success.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, sales/marketing preferred; or equivalent sales experience.
  • 3+ years of successful sales or marketing experience in the assisted living industry.
  • Proven track record in leading and coaching sales professionals to achieve established census goals.
  • Possesses strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Interacts professionally and effectively with all levels of the organization, residents, family members, etc.
  • Must be able to travel frequently throughout the region.
