Empowered Staffing is partnered with a company that provides treatment for individuals suffering from addiction and mental health disorders. Currently, they are seeking a passionate Regional Director of Operations to lead daily operations at their facilities in Fort Wayne, IN, and Waterloo, IA, mentoring team members and driving success in quality, compliance, and financial performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide operational leadership and direction to the Executive Directors at each location, ensuring alignment with organizational mission and goals.
- Oversee program development, census growth, and marketing initiatives to strengthen community presence and referral relationships.
- Ensure compliance with all licensing, accreditation, and regulatory requirements for substance abuse treatment programs.
- Collaborate with clinical leadership to ensure best practices in treatment programming and quality of care.
- Lead implementation of organizational policies, procedures, and performance improvement initiatives.
- Act as a liaison between sites and corporate leadership, providing consistent communication and reporting.
- Travel regularly between Fort Wayne, IN, and Waterloo, IA to maintain a strong leadership presence at both facilities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Behavioral Health, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or substance abuse treatment operations.
- Demonstrated success in multi-site operational management and census growth.
- Strong financial acumen, including budgeting and P&L management.
- Knowledge of state and federal regulations governing residential treatment facilities.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with referral sources, community partners, and internal teams.
- Willingness and ability to travel between Indiana and Iowa locations.
