Empowered Staffing is proud to partner with a leading owner and operator of skilled nursing facilities and assisted living communities across the Midwest. To support their continued growth and drive census development, they are seeking an experienced Regional Marketing Liaison to lead referral outreach and community engagement efforts throughout the Milwaukee market.
The Regional Marketing Liaison role is a high-impact position focused on driving patient admissions, strengthening referral relationships, and promoting the organization’s post-acute care services.
Responsibilities:
- Build and nurture strong relationships with hospital discharge planners, physicians, rehabilitation centers, clinics, and healthcare providers to generate high-quality patient referrals.
- Act as the primary point of contact for referral sources, families, and community partners to communicate the value of the company’s services.
- Screen patient referrals to ensure they meet admission criteria and collaborate with admissions teams and clinical staff to ensure seamless transitions.
- Represent the facility at community events, networking functions, and senior care seminars to enhance visibility and build brand awareness.
- Track referral trends, admissions data, and occupancy rates. Analyze performance metrics and adjust marketing strategies to meet census goals.
- Work closely with the clinical, operations, and leadership teams to ensure the facility is positioned to meet the evolving needs of prospective residents.
- Provide leadership with insights from referral partners and the community to enhance patient care, improve services, and increase satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in healthcare marketing, business development, census growth, or admissions coordination in a skilled nursing, long-term care, or assisted living setting.
- Strong knowledge of Milwaukee-area healthcare networks, hospitals, and referral sources (preferred).
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze trends, develop outreach plans, and execute targeted census development strategies.
- Excellent relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and passionate about improving the lives of seniors and post-acute care patients.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel regionally for outreach and networking.
