Empowered Staffing is partnering with a fast-growing addiction recovery and detox treatment provider that offers a full continuum of care, including Detox, Residential Treatment, Partial Hospitalization (PHP), and Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP). Currently, the company is seeking an experienced Clinical Director to oversee the clinical operations of its 130-bed inpatient drug and alcohol treatment facility in Fort Wayne, IN

Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the residential addiction treatment program, ensuring seamless delivery of care.
- Ensure full execution of the organization’s clinical roadmap, treatment modalities, and evidence-based practices.
- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team of therapists, counselors, and mental health professionals.
- Build positive relationships with residents; promote a supportive, recovery-focused environment to enhance morale and retention.
- Ensure timely and accurate clinical documentation and coordinate with Utilization Review for optimal billing and care planning.
- Uphold state, federal, and accreditation standards for substance use treatment and behavioral healthcare.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field (required).
- Indiana independent licensure (LCSW, LCAC, LMHC, LMFT, or HSPP)
- Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in a residential, hospital, or behavioral health setting.
- At least 3 years of experience working with dual-diagnosis and substance use disorder (SUD) clients.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
