Empowered Staffing is partnering with a fast-growing addiction recovery and detox treatment provider that offers a full continuum of care, including Detox, Residential Treatment, Partial Hospitalization (PHP), and Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP). We are seeking a results-driven Business Development & Marketing Manager to lead strategic outreach efforts, build referral networks, and drive patient admissions across Indiana.
As the Director of Business Development & Marketing, you'll have the opportunity to help shape the company’s sales strategy and increase brand awareness in the Fort Wayne market.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute business development and marketing strategies to drive census growth, referral generation, and community engagement.
- Build and maintain relationships with key referral sources, including hospitals, therapists, doctors, social workers, case managers, courts, and community agencies.
- Attend and present at healthcare events, behavioral health conferences, and community engagement forums to raise brand awareness and promote services.
- Work closely with the clinical, admissions, and executive leadership teams to ensure a seamless and supportive intake experience for every client.
- Track referral data, market trends, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities and adjust outreach strategies as needed.
- Use a combination of digital marketing, in-person networking, and public relations to boost the facility’s online presence and local reputation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Psychology, or related field.
- 2–3+ years of business development or healthcare marketing experience, preferably in residential addiction treatment, rehab, or behavioral health services.
- In-depth knowledge of Indiana’s healthcare and behavioral health referral networks.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding growth, admissions, or outreach goals.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and public speaking skills.
- Deep passion for helping individuals on their journey to recovery.
