Empowered Staffing is partnered with a leading drug rehabilitation company known for its cutting-edge approach to substance abuse treatment. The company is opening up a brand-new residential and detox program in Mishawaka and is looking for an experienced Nurse Supervisor to join their team!

As the Nurse Supervisor, you will lead and mentor the medical staff while playing a pivotal role in guiding the residents toward recovery. You will be responsible for supervising daily nursing operations, coordinating care, managing staffing, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise, mentor, and support a team in delivering safe and effective care to patients.

  • Oversee the daily operations of the nursing department, including patient assessments, medication administration, and treatment coordination.

  • Ensure nursing staff follows established protocols for detoxification, withdrawal management, and ongoing recovery care, including the use of Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT).

  • Conduct regular staff meetings, performance reviews, and ongoing training to maintain high standards of nursing care and professional development.

  • Collaborate with physicians, Nurse Practitioners, counselors, and other clinical staff to ensure cohesive treatment plans for patients.

  • Monitor patient progress and outcomes, adjusting nursing interventions as necessary to ensure the best possible patient care.

  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations governing patient care, including maintaining accurate and confidential patient records.

Qualifications:

  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Master’s in Nursing or Healthcare Administration is a plus

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of nursing experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role preferred

  • Experience in addiction medicine, behavioral health, or a related field is strongly preferred

  • Strong knowledge of detoxification protocols, withdrawal management, and Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT)

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
