As the company continues to grow, they are seeking a passionate, results-driven Regional Director of Operations to lead and support a team of dedicated Administrators in facilities across Texas! Partner with the COO and CEO to develop, monitor, and achieve financial, clinical, and operational goals, addressing variances proactively to keep the organization on a successful trajectory. Work alongside the Director of Business Development to strengthen relationships with hospitals, physician practices, and the local community, fueling our growth and reputation in the industry. Support labor and expense management, enhance collections, and help achieve census and revenue targets across all facilities. Collaborate on infrastructure improvements, refine processes, and support rapid expansion while maintaining high standards of care and efficiency. Lead a high-performing team by motivating and mentoring management staff, and fostering a positive, innovative, and productive work environment. Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Nursing Home Administrator or Regional Director of Operations, overseeing multiple SNFs. Strong background in operational oversight and regulatory compliance Experienced in strategic planning, organizational development, and resource management.
