Currently, the company is seeking a Regional Director of Clinical Operations to lead both the clinical and operational performance of a skilled nursing facility in Alabaster, AL.
Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic oversight of all clinical operations to ensure high-quality resident care and positive clinical outcomes.
- Monitor quality measures and implement initiatives to improve resident satisfaction and regulatory performance.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local healthcare regulations.
- Partner with nursing leadership to develop and implement clinical best practices.
- Support survey readiness and lead corrective action planning as needed.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the facility while providing guidance and support to the Administrator.
- Analyze operational and financial metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and implement operational strategies that improve efficiency and profitability.
- Collaborate with corporate teams on budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation.
- Identify opportunities to increase revenue while maintaining high standards of care.
- Implement process improvements that enhance patient care and operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Alabama.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experience within skilled nursing or long-term care.
- Previous experience overseeing clinical operations in a skilled nursing facility.
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, quality measures, and survey processes.
- Previous multi-site or regional leadership experience within skilled nursing or post-acute care (preferred).
- Familiarity with revenue cycle management and reimbursement processes.
