Position: Part time Housekeeping

Work Schedule: Mon- Fri 7am-3p

We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Housekeeper to join our team at Charleston House Memory Care. If you take pride in maintaining a clean, welcoming environment and enjoy working in a supportive, resident-focused setting, we’d love to hear from you!

Essential Functions:

  • Clean and sanitize resident rooms, hallways, bathrooms, dining areas, and other facility spaces.
  • Safely mix, use, and store cleaning solutions.
  • Properly label and dispose of infectious waste bags and containers.
  • Follow all facility cleaning protocols and infection control procedures.
  • Perform additional housekeeping tasks as assigned.
  • Carry out responsibilities in compliance with Eden’s Code of Business Conduct, policies and procedures, Corporate Compliance Agreement, and all applicable laws and professional standards.

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities:

  • Previous experience in a Long-Term Care (LTC) setting is preferred
  • Basic reading and writing skills appropriate to the role.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with residents, family members, and team members.
  • Familiarity with infection control practices.
  • Courteous, patient, and respectful demeanor.
