We focus on creating a positive and supportive environment. As we grow, We are seeking an RN Supervisor to lead our nursing team and ensure residents receive excellent, safe, and compliant care.

Position: RN Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support the nursing team to deliver exceptional, compassionate care
  • Develop and maintain nursing policies and procedures that meet state and federal standards
  • Conduct regular rounds to ensure residents’ needs are met and their well-being is prioritized
  • Promote a safe and respectful environment, protecting residents from harm
  • Collaborate with the management team to improve nursing services and enhance resident care

Education and Experience:

  • Active nursing licensure is required.
  • Degree from an accredited Registered Nurse (RN) program.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in CBRF or SNF
  • Familiarity with state Survey Rules & Regulations, Medicare, and Medicaid.
  • Proficiency in using desktop/notebook computers, Microsoft Office products, and various medical equipment.
  • Prior experience with PCC (Point Click Care) is a strong plus.
