We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Clinical Director - Assisted Living to support our Minnesota region, including communities in the Minneapolis and Rochester areas. The selected candidate will be a key addition to our expanding Regional Leadership Team and will report directly to the Chief Nursing Officer and the Regional Director of Operations – MN. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical leadership and oversight across multiple Assisted Living communities.
  • Partner with Executive Directors, Directors of Nursing, and Care Teams to ensure high‑quality care and regulatory compliance.
  • Mentor and support on‑site clinical teams in infection control, clinical standards, and best practices.
  • Assist in developing, implementing, and reviewing clinical policies and procedures.
  • Conduct routine site visits, audits, and assessments to evaluate clinical performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Facilitate clinical training programs to strengthen competencies and ensure adherence to company standards.
  • Collaborate with corporate leadership to maintain alignment with organizational goals and initiatives.
  • Participate in quality improvement efforts and contribute to strategies that enhance resident outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Active Minnesota Registered Nurse (RN) license.
  • Minimum 3 years of clinical leadership experience in Assisted Living, Long‑Term Care, or Skilled Nursing.
  • At least 2 years of multi‑site or regional clinical leadership experience required.
  • Strong knowledge of Minnesota state regulations for Assisted Living and related care settings.
  • Ability to travel within the Minneapolis and Rochester areas (up to 70%).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, coaching, and critical‑thinking skills.
  • Commitment to promoting quality care and supporting positive team culture.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with staff education, mentoring, and skill development.
  • Familiarity with EHR systems, including PointClickCare (PCC).
  • Certified Trainer or CBRF Instructor certification is a plus.
