Edenbrook Greenwood Hill is seeking Occupational Therapists to join our dedicated therapy team.
Position: Occupational Therapist (FT/PT/PRN)
Rates:
- Full-time hours: $41 to $48 per hour (depending on experience)
- Part-time hours: $45 to $52 per hour (depending on experience)
- PRN hours: $55 to $60 per hour (depending on experience)

- Full-time schedule: $5,000
- Part-time schedule: $2,000
Primary Job Responsibilities:
- To provide quality Occupational therapy services and initiate referrals when appropriate, in accordance with established standards of practice, therapy department procedures, and productivity standards.
- To evaluate residents to obtain data necessary for treatment planning and implementation, and conduct specialized evaluations as indicated.
- To supervise and direct Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) in the implementation of the treatment plan.
- Apply interventions to maximize safety and performance in activities of daily living (ADL) and instrumental activities of daily living (IADL)
- Recommend adaptive equipment and train in its use
- Guide and educate family members and caregivers
- Observe, note, and report on the progress of long and short-term treatment goals
Skills:
- Proven working experience as an occupational therapist.
- Excellent knowledge of principles and practices of occupational therapy.
- Familiarity with ADL evaluation tools (e.g. Katz ADL scale, Lawton IADL scale).
- Valid license to practice occupational therapy.
- BS degree or greater in occupational therapy.
