Edenbrook Yeadon, a well-established and a trusted provider in the skilled nursing space, and a proud member of Eden East, is currently seeking a dedicated RN Weekend Supervisor to join our exceptional team.

Position: RN Weekend Supervisor / Baylor Program

As the RN Supervisor, you will play a vital role in overseeing the daily operations of the nursing department, ensuring the highest standards of care for our residents.

Our Baylor Program/Weekend program is catered to Weekend Warriors who will work on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays; to qualify, 32 hours must be worked during the weekend, and you'd be paid as if you worked 40 hours! As long as you come in on time and don't call off. The RN Weekend Supervisor will also receive weekend and shift differentials. However, they would not be eligible to receive sign-on bonuses. This is a great opportunity for those looking to work extra hours while having the flexibility and potential to pick up extra hours or work another job on the side.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work a minimum of 32 hours each weekend (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday).
  • Develop and implement nursing services, objectives, policies, and procedures in accordance with federal and state regulations, as well as local standards and guidelines.
  • Design, implement, and evaluate nursing systems that ensure consistent care delivery while maintaining and promoting resident rights.
  • Conduct nursing rounds on all units multiple times daily, including at the beginning and end of each shift.
  • Ensure residents are protected from abuse, mistreatment, and neglect.
  • Collaborate as a key member of the facility’s interdisciplinary management team in planning, policy formation, and administrative decision-making, with a focus on nursing services.

Education and Experience:

  • Must be willing to work on Weekends
  • Active nursing licensure is required.
  • Degree from an accredited Registered Nurse (RN) program.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in a long-term care or assisted living setting is preferred.
  • Familiarity with state Survey Rules & Regulations, Medicare, and Medicaid.
  • Proficiency in using desktop/notebook computers, Microsoft Office products, and various medical equipment.
  • Prior experience with PCC (Point Click Care) is a strong plus.
