We are seeking an experienced and proactive Assistant Administrator to join our team. This key role combines operational support and HR responsibilities to ensure the smooth and compliant operation of our CBRF/RCAC community. Prior HR experience is highly preferred, as is experience as an Executive Director from a smaller CBRF community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support daily operations and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations
  • Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and retention efforts
  • Coordinate employee training and ensure consistent application of HR policies
  • Partner with the leadership team to maintain a positive and engaged work culture
  • Support scheduling, payroll, and staff evaluations
  • Serve as weekend MOD on a rotating basis every 4th weekend
  • Promote person-centered care and a team-oriented environment
  • Facilitate clear communication and collaboration among staff

Qualifications:

  • HR experience strongly preferred
  • Previous experience in a smaller CBRF/RCAC community a plus
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage sensitive information confidentially and professionally
  • Passion for working in senior care and supporting a mission-driven team
