Position: Campus Recruiter

Responsibilities

  • Sourcing and Screening: Identify and evaluate candidates for open positions, ensuring they align with the qualifications and cultural values of our centers.
  • Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline for current and future roles within the organization.
  • Recruitment Ambassador: Manage full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and retention processes while representing the values and mission of Eden East.
  • Retention Strategies: Collaborate with retention committees to develop innovative strategies to support and retain current employees.
  • Community Engagement: Establish and nurture relationships with trade schools, technical schools, high schools, community colleges, and vocational programs to attract top talent.
  • Innovative Techniques: Employ diverse and creative recruitment methods to stay ahead of industry trends and generate a strong candidate pool.
  • Candidate Relations: Provide clear and inspiring information to candidates about Eden East's values, culture, and opportunities.
  • Proactive Recruitment: Build a continuous pipeline of qualified candidates for critical roles, anticipating future talent needs.
  • Problem Solving: Identify ineffective recruitment or retention efforts, and work with facility leaders and regional teams to develop solutions.
  • Collaboration: Partner with other regional liaisons to align recruitment priorities and strategies.
  • Employment Branding: Enhance Eden East's employment brand and online recruiting presence, particularly on social media channels.
  • Outreach and Representation: Attend local job fairs and conferences to represent Eden East and promote opportunities within the organization.
  • Reporting: Provide weekly reports summarizing recruitment activities, successes, and upcoming priorities.
