Position: Accounts Receivable Biller 

Responsibilities:

• Maintains basic knowledge of computer software and internet applications.
• Assists in answering resident billing issues. And Private Pay Refunds.
• Enter and maintain additional individual resident ancillary charges/services provided.
• Ensures that all proprietary, financial, and resident information is kept confidential.
• Respect and maintain confidentiality of the office, its records and restricted information.

Qualifications:

• Must have 2 years min Wisconsin and/or MN billing experience for Long Term Care specifically
• Experience needs to be in Medicaid, Managed Medicaid and should include Managed Care. Medicare experience in addition to the above a plus.
• Proficient using PCC
• Proficient using Inovalon/Ability as a clearinghouse
• Confident in uploading claims to Forward Health and MINITS if in Minnesota. Knowledge of Medicaid forms needed for admission, payer change, status change in Wisconsin and/or Minnesota
• Ability to post cash in PCC
• PCC Trust experience
• Excel ability to run reports, sort items, etc from PCC.
• Managed Medicaid portals and how to navigate them.
