Position:  Sales Counselor

Compensation: Salary up to $68,000 plus a robust bonus structure.

Eden Vista Prospect Heights, a well-established and trusted senior living community under Vista Senior Living Management, is seeking a motivated and results-oriented  Sales Counselor. This role supports key sales, marketing, community outreach, and relationship-building initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the development and execution of sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Support lead generation, follow-up, and relationship-building efforts.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with referral partners, community organizations, and other key contacts.
  • Assist with planning and coordinating marketing, community, and outreach events.
  • Support sales and admissions efforts to generate leads and drive census growth.
  • Participate in community outreach and networking opportunities to increase brand awareness.
  • Assist with marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and community engagement initiatives.
  • Track outreach activities, leads, and follow-ups to support effective sales efforts.
  • Collaborate with the sales, admissions, and operations teams to achieve organizational goals.
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen community presence and generate new business.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in sales, marketing, business development, customer service, or a related field preferred.
  • Skilled experience a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong follow-up skills and attention to detail.
  • Professional, positive, and team-oriented approach.
  • Healthcare, senior living, or healthcare marketing experience is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
