About Eden East : Eden East is a portfolio of skilled nursing facilities and an industry-leading provider of post-acute care, dedicated to changing the way healthcare is delivered. Our employees are the core of the care and love we aim for, and we cultivate a family-like environment to ensure our residents are treated like family.

About the Program: Are you passionate about helping others and looking for a rewarding career in healthcare? Edenbrook is offering a FREE CNA Training Program — your chance to start a fulfilling healthcare career with no upfront costs and no student debt.

Here's how it works:

  • Start as a Hospitality Aide. Selected candidates will initially be employed in a Hospitality Aide role for approximately thirty (30) days prior to entering the CNA training program. This ensures a positive fit within our team and culture — and you're earning a paycheck from day one.
  • Train with the best. The CNA training program is provided at no cost to you and is led by a qualified instructor.
  • Transition into a CNA role. Upon successful completion of the training program and state certification requirements, you will transition into a CNA position based on facility needs and performance.

What We Offer

  • A structured, debt-free career path into the healthcare field
  • Free training — no tuition, no out-of-pocket costs
  • Starting wage of $19.50/hour upon receiving your CNA certification
  • Tuition Reimbursement / Student Loan Repayment Program — up to $5,250 per year
  • Hands-on training and mentorship to help you succeed
  • Competitive pay and benefits once certified and hired as a CNA
  • A supportive, family-like work environment that prioritizes teamwork and professional growth
