As the primary contact for employee-related matters, this role plays a crucial part in ensuring business success by fostering a productive, positive, and compliant work environment. Responsibilities include managing key HR functions such as job design, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and talent management. The HR Director ensures that our people—our greatest asset—are motivated and supported in achieving both personal and organizational goals.
