Eden Vista Stow is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nurses to join our team in Stow, Ohio. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing exceptional care to our residents, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being in a warm and supportive environment.

Position: Memory Care Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated Memory Care Supervisor to lead our Memory Care unit. This role is ideal for a compassionate and experienced nurse with a background in Alzheimer’s and Dementia care. The Memory Care Supervisor will oversee clinical operations, ensure exceptional resident care, and support staff development.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and supervision to nursing staff in the Memory Care unit.
  • Develop and implement care plans tailored to residents with Alzheimer’s/Dementia.
  • Monitor residents' conditions and adjust care strategies as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
  • Train and mentor nursing staff on best practices in memory care.
  • Communicate effectively with families regarding residents’ health and care plans.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance residents' quality of life.

Qualifications

  • Active LPN license in good standing preferred.
  • Minimum of one (1) year of memory care experience required.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and team management skills.
  • Previous experience caring for residents with Alzheimer's disease or other forms of dementia preferred.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Compassionate, patient-centered approach with a passion for serving seniors.
