This is a stand-alone HR role responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll, benefits administration, compliance, and performance management.

While healthcare experience is welcomed, we are primarily looking for a strong HR professional with solid knowledge of employment practices and HR operations, regardless of industry.

  • Support employee relations by providing guidance, coaching, and conflict resolution
  • Conduct employee investigations and assist with performance management and disciplinary processes
  • Maintain accurate personnel files and ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations
  • Monitor HR compliance and assist with personnel-related regulatory requirements, including employee education documentation
  • Partner closely with department leaders to support staffing and workforce initiatives
  • Maintain HR reports and metrics, including turnover and other workforce data
  • Serve as a trusted HR resource for employees and leadership

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of Human Resources leadership experience
  • Experience in healthcare, skilled nursing, long-term care, or assisted living
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong working knowledge of payroll, benefits administration, workers' compensation, unemployment, employee relations, and employment law
  • Experience handling confidential employee information with professionalism and integrity
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently while partnering effectively with facility leadership

If you're passionate about Human Resources and want to make a meaningful impact in a supportive healthcare environment, we'd love to hear from you!
