Eden Vista Stow is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nurses to join our team in Stow, Ohio. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing exceptional care to our residents, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being in a warm and supportive environment.

Position: Nurse Supervisor (3rd Shift)

  • Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
  • Full-time
  • 12-hour shifts
  • Every other weekend and every other holiday required

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and oversee nursing services, policies, and procedures in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Lead and manage the facility's wound care program, including comprehensive assessments, treatment planning, documentation, and ongoing monitoring of residents with wounds.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of wound care interventions and adjust treatment plans as needed to promote healing and prevent complications.
  • Conduct routine nursing rounds throughout the facility, including at the beginning and end of each shift.
  • Ensure residents receive safe, high-quality care while protecting their rights, dignity, and well-being.
  • Promote an environment free from abuse, neglect, and mistreatment.
  • Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and the interdisciplinary team to coordinate resident care.
  • Participate in care planning meetings, quality improvement initiatives, policy development, and administrative decision-making.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Education and/or Experience:

  • Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of relevant clinical experience.
  • Working knowledge of state survey regulations, Medicare, and Medicaid requirements.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic medical records systems.
  • Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) is an advantage.
