Position: Marketing Liaison
Eden Vista Rock Run is a proud member of the Vista Senior Living Management network committed to providing exceptional care and enhancing the well-being of our residents. We believe in creating an environment that promotes physical, emotional, and social wellness. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated Marketing Liaison.
This role would be responsible for driving lead gen into the building, which is then picked up by internal DSM for closing. This would potentially include lead gen thru hospitals, SNFs, physicians/specialists, elder law/estate attorney, senior realtors, church/religious establishments, healthcare providers such as hospice/home health/private duty, and more.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, execute, and maintain a strategic business development plan that measure outcomes and ongoing opportunities within the market
- Develop relationships with hospital social workers, physicians, hospital discharge planners and administrators, clergy, attorneys, civic/professional organizations, home health agencies, families, etc., to understand the need for program services and to communicate services offered which meet these needs
- Obtain accurate information from physicians, patients, and referral sources regarding the expected discharge plan and communicates this information to the interdisciplinary team
- Source and screen applicants for open positions within a region, ensuring that candidates meet the needs of the center for both qualifications and culture
- Build a strong candidate pipeline for current and future roles within the organization
- Use various recruitment techniques, bringing new ideas to the table consistently to stay ahead of recruitment trends within the industry.
- Generate a diverse candidate population using various methods, including job boards, membership organizations, and personal networking
- Provide complete, accurate, and inspiring information to candidates about the Company and position, reinforcing the values and culture of assigned facilities.
- Develop candidate talent pipelines through sourcing channels, recruitment campaigns, networking groups, social media, referrals, and advertising
Qualifications:
- Would ideally have a well-established or developed book of business in the Will County Area (bonus would be DuPage and Kane Co)
- Experience with physician and hospital staff relationship development
- Sales and marketing experience in generating referral sources
- Has established relationships with local social workers and discharge planners
- Excellent presentation and relationship-building skills
- Have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to carry a conversation
