This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on intricate remediation, civil, field service, and industrial projects, where your expertise in estimating, project management, and client relations will be highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop accurate and competitive proposals for a range of complex projects, encompassing scope, cost, and schedule evaluation.
- Prepare and submit essential construction documentation, including work plans, health and safety plans, and submittals.
- Assemble comprehensive and professional bid packages.
- Perform precise estimating take-offs on construction and civil drawings utilizing industry-standard programs for volume calculations.
- Calculate final quantities such as earthwork, backfill, tank volumes, and more.
- Participate in site walks and bid preparation to gather necessary project insights.
- Interpret technical bid documents and contract language with adeptness.
- Analyze the financial impact of profit and loss, margins, and budget considerations for project evaluation.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of environmental cleanup practices and regulatory compliance (OSHA, DOT, DEP, EPA).
- Manage interactions with vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers, including contract negotiations.
- Foster and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring continuous communication and alignment.
- Engage with management and ownership, participating in bid and project turnover meetings and daily calls.
- Understand and adhere to company SOPs, policies, procedures, and safety practices.

Requirements:
- Ability to read and interpret construction and civil drawings.
- Strong skills in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), and capability with Microsoft Project for construction scheduling.
- Excellent organizational, prioritization, and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven experience in environmental and construction project estimation.
- Comprehensive understanding of regulatory and health and safety compliance.
- Strong negotiation skills and vendor management experience.
