Your Day-to-Day Impact:
- Engage in recruitment efforts, bringing in fresh talent to the team.
- Guide and mentor new and emerging producers, helping them crush their goals and exceed expectations.
- Lead the charge in maintaining strong market and carrier relationships.
- Join the Northeast Sales Leader team in weekly virtual calls and brainstorming sessions.
- Travel (minimal, but exciting!)—typically just 1-2 nights per month for impactful meetings and events.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5-10+ years of experience leading and managing in the world of B2B sales.
- Insurance industry expertise (a plus but not a must!)
- A passion for mentoring, developing talent, and building a culture of success.
- Valid driver’s license and appropriate insurance licenses.
