Position Overview: As a Field Sales Representative, your primary objective will be to secure new business by personally engaging with automotive establishments, guiding them through the sales process until all necessary paperwork is finalized.

Responsibilities:

  • Professionally present our client's software solutions to potential clients in a consultative manner.
  • Promptly follow up on all assigned leads within one business day.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of all interactions, conversations, and sales activities using their CRM system.
  • Achieve and sustain high-performance levels meeting or exceeding sales quotas within 90 days.
  • Attend all requisite meetings, training sessions, and events.
  • Fulfill other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • 1-4 years of sales experience and a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, Outlook, and telephone etiquette.
  • Strong time management, project management, and problem-solving abilities, with adept multitasking and prioritization skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to spend 80% of working time visiting prospective clients in the field; personal vehicle for transportation is necessary.
