Key Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain residential and commercial HVAC systems including heating, air conditioning, and refrigeration units.
- Conduct diagnostic tests to identify issues with HVAC systems and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Perform routine maintenance to enhance system efficiency and longevity.
- Ensure all work is completed in accordance with company guidelines and regulatory standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service by explaining system operations and maintenance procedures to clients.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed and materials used.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in HVACR is preferred.
- Proven experience as an HVAC technician, with strong troubleshooting skills.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Strong understanding of electrical wiring diagrams and mechanical systems.
- Ability to handle physical workload and work in various environmental conditions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- EPA Universal Certification is a plus.
