Position: Certified Dietary Manager
We are seeking a full-time Director of Dining Services to join our team of excellent resident care.
The successful candidate for the role of Director of Dining Services will be a talented and motivated Dietary Manager with compassion and a desire to provide the best nutritious meals for our residents.
Job Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain nutritious menus for residents with an understanding of clinical aspects related to food in the Skilled Nursing environment
- Manage staff in the kitchen environment
- Schedule staff for proper service to residents in a timely fashion

- Oversee and ensure the cleanness and sanitation of the kitchen and dining areas.

Are you:
- Customer service orientated
- Certified as a Dietary Manager or possess at least an associate degree in food service or Culinary Arts
- Experienced in long-term care preferred
- Able to communicate well in both verbal and written forms
- Committed to interacting professionally and with care toward residents, families, and other staff
